Kini
Kini, an online store selling stylish women’s swimwear, reached out to us with a request to
  • update their website design;
  • expand functionality by adding the ability to automatically generate delivery orders and calculate delivery costs;
  • customize the administrative panel for more flexible product management.

After studying the client’s needs, we decided to develop the store on the Tilda platform, which features built-in online store functionality, CRM, easy integration with online acquiring, inventory management, product type and composition, and promo code management.
We conducted a competitor analysis of similar existing stores in the international markets, examining their structure, design, and the design elements used on their websites. We came to a preliminary conclusion about the site’s page and block structure. We also prepared a mood board—a set of images and screenshots of other websites that the service team might find appealing.
UX analysis
We created prototypes of the website pages with a detailed structure and precise arrangement of elements relative to each other, as well as a site map.
UX design and sitemap
Following the approval of the prototypes, concepts for the website's main page were prepared, which would serve as the basis for the website's primary design.
Visual concepts
Based on the chosen concept, we prepared the design
for the desktop and mobile versions of the site.
Desktop and mobile UI design

After the website layouts were approved, we developed the website using Tilda Publishing and conducted manual testing.
We integrated payment and delivery services and created a Telegram bot with order and request notifications.

of payment and delivery services, QA
The total website development time was 2months.
As a result of the update, the number of visitors
increased by 146%, and the number of orders tripled.
